17 May Activate Your Policy Protection

This week I am encouraging you to activate your policy protection.

Policies are far more powerful than people realise – authorised and sealed at the executive level as the ways and means the organisation will manage HR processes. If you don’t read your policies and procedures, you are literally leaving your protection on the shelf or the intranet, as the case might be. However, I am confident 🙂 that you will choose to activate your policy and partake of your comprehensive benefits.

I’ve helped people caught in some tight employment situations. Some of them have been facing the potential loss of jobs and referral to their regulatory body. Some of them have felt lost and hopeless, but when they decided to educate and empower themselves on what the policy said, they activated their policy knowledge, and they went from zero to hero!
